How to Enroll
Getting started is easy. Follow these four simple steps.
Access the Form
Click our online enrollment link to access the secure Cornerstone Brightwheel registration portal.
Create an Account
If prompted, create a new Brightwheel account using your email and verify it with the code in your inbox.
Add Child's Profile
Input your child's basic details (name and birthdate) to begin their registration profile.
Submit Application
Complete the required fields (interested program, schedule needs, etc.) and submit your digital paperwork.

- Completed enrollment application
- Child's birth certificate (copy)
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Recent physical examination form
- Emergency contact information

- Signed parent handbook acknowledgment
